“Signers” for Policarpio Were Dead, Revealing Copying Scheme; 240 “Signers” for Rep. Gary Ackerman Were Fabricated

Elizabeth (“Liz”) Berney, the officially endorsed Republican Congressional candidate in New York's Fifth Congressional District, is requesting that State and Federal authorities commence criminal investigations of both of her opponents' election petitions for placement on the ballot in November.  Objections to these petitions have also been filed with the New York State Board of Elections.
